Perak Trip
Perak trip was beyond awesome. I would love to try white water rafting and go caving again. The four days and three nights camp have never been better than any days of my life. Exclude Mt.K. I love Perak. I would love to migrate there. The instructors there were very funny and friendly. I miss Najib already. I want another Perak trip. Please? First day: I was late. I was as blur as a squid. First bus was 0556 and reporting time was 0600 hrs. Surprisingly there's a lot of parents there. Mummy sent me till Afghan bustop. Kind enough. (L) Boarded the bus and off we go,heading towards woodlands checkpoint. Passed the custom and there we were in Malaysia! We had breakfast at Gelang Patah. And trust me, it was hard to find a malay stall there. I had fun despite the breakfast. It was a long journey before reaching Hot Springs. We were quite a distance behind time due to the jam in SG. Holidays are here and everybody's rushing into Malaysia. We were only given thirty mins to enjoy ourselves there? Omg. thats unfair. The temperature of the water can heat up till 100'C there, i saw people boiling eggs. omg. All for one, one for all. We didnt want to get ourselves wet at first, but we did in the end. I enjoyed myself taking the slide there and getting myself wet. Yay. Fir and i saw Magnum ice-cream for RM4?? Lesser than $2 in SG! Bummer we had limited time. Boo. We proceeded to Earth camp bout idk what time I lost track of time We past by Gua Tempurung, World's largest cave in Peninsula Malaysia I witnessed a shooting star! It was my first time seeing such things Wow I was amazed speechless for about three seconds there Yay It was pitched dark and with the only source of light from the stars and the headlights of the lorries that we took Lorry rides to and fro from the camp site It was deeeep in the village from the bus bay I had a bad stomachache when i reached earth camp It wasn't any ordinary stomachache It feels as if my belly was stepped on Thanks to Sgt Wani she massage my tummy for me <3 Day two: I want white water rafting again pls pls pls. It was soooooooooo fun! i miss the instructors there already. I miss Najib. I miss Ejad. Ejad bad person. He dunk Sgt wani in the water. i want to fall frm the boat again. Pleassssseeeee? WWR is beyond awesome. We had trekking after that. trek up to the waterfall and passed by orang asli houses. We all slept in the coach. I did not want to get up at first, i was sooo worn out. The instructor was showing attitude thru out the whole trek up and down the waterfall. I feel like slapping his face and say,"Excuse me, can you pls so down a lil?" The hill was steeper than you can say steep. okay lame. but i swear the hill was damn steep. i had my energy bar with me, and i consume all of it. No one like my chocolate energy gel. okay only aisha and farhana like it. it does work okay. I fell when im going down to the waterfall. my arse were covered with dirt and i saw a giant millipede. The waterfall was tempting to get a dip in it. The only thing holding me back are leeches. Disgusting blood suckers. Back at the camp, water supply was cut off?! i was damn fcuked up with that! >:( Camp food was on balance. Day three: Caving ! Gua Tempurung ! Najib was being veryveryvery funny. Sepak muka hang baru tau. we have to leopard crawl in the cave and we got ourselves wet. well there's no other choice. caving was so funnnnnnnnn! i want to go again can? Najib Najib Najib. High elements was next! I completed 2 out of all three courses. I want to try the flying fox again. I want to smack Najib's face. The instructors are all so friendly. Ha-ha. excluding the hike instructor. Proceeded to earth camp and pack everything. Nomad Sucasa here i come. KL baby. We dine at a restaurant for dinner before checking into our hotel rooms. Awesome dinner. Room mate with Fir at first, but exchanged with Farhana Dear. (: Motive was to stay up for the night. 1522. Lovely yet spooky room. We had two rooms(a queen size bed and two singles), two bath rooms, a kitchen, a huge living room, one bathtub. and the air-con temp was freezing cold even at 29'C in our room. Wth? Soak myself with farhana in a bubble bath. Cooooool. (: Plan somehow corrupted and we spend our time at Faz's, Iqa's and Syafiqah's room till bout one? Invited Farhanah part B to join us in our huge crib since shes afraid of sleeping in the room alone. her two other room mates are in another. Well, sth happened. Not gonna elaborate it here. It made the hairs behind my neck stands whenever i think of this. Day four: Free-flow breakfast. Nice~ We checked out early and the mall only opens at 11. So we visited this Beryl's Chocolate Factory and this Batik Making Factory before going S-H-O-P-P-I-N-G!!! Centre Square in KL. Nice. There's a theme park in the 9 story high mall. Can you spell awesomezxzxz? I bought myself footwears. Roxy slippers and an ori maroon New Balance shoes (Aisha helped me pick) and some other stuffs for my family. Okay. Sangs songs all the way to SPF. omg omg omg. i had so much fun thanks to you girls. thanks~ <3 (Pictures of both perak and mt.k are uploaded at my multiply. you can click on the 'multiply' under my Display picture on the right.) Mt.Kinabalu
Dear Blog, sorry for not updating you for sucha long time. My apologies yeah? I just got home from Sabah about a week ago. I swear across my kidneys that the trip was effing awesome! It an experience i would never forget. Trust me its impossible to. Mount.Kinabalu Family stays as one. <3 ( Did i mentioned this is my first time boarding an airplane? ) Day one : We had our lunch at Sri Melaka Restaurant. We then proceed to Rose cabin where we checked in for our first night in Sabah. That night is unforgettable, right Kai? you Irritating person! BT! I could say the stay was indeed great. The food was great. "Bryan, youre growing. (: " Kai will always stay the same even after consuming a lot every eating session. Somehow i find the first night sleepless. I had runny nose! We witnessed the sunrise. Somehow. Azeem woke us up for that. Thanks~ Day two: We had breakfast at Rose cabin, and proceed to the base mountain by vans. We were on our way to climb Mt.K! Mission: To guide the primary school kids up to 'Pendant Hut'. For the 6 hours trek up, we were caught somewhere 3/4 to pendant hut in the heavy-unexpected downpour. Oh man! I wasn't properly prepared. Tsk! I enjoy being drenched. But i have to admit that the rain was somewhat cold. And my body system cannot adjust to the cold weather that easily. After overcoming those seven huts up the mountain, we succeeded in reaching Pendant Hut before dark. HipHip, Hooray! We settled down and had our dinner at Leban rata, where we witnessed the sunset. Beautiful Sunset. Free-flow restaurant. I give my two-thumbs up for that. Surprisingly, there's a lot of other hikers there. A whole lot of them. I made a new friend up there. Silly me, i did not ask for her name. -.- It was pitched dark when we finished our dinner. And we could see our breath whenever we talked. How cool is that? With no source of light, we held hands, and guide each other up to pendant hut. Sorry Azeem. I trembled at that point of time. Sleepless night again. I had butterflies in my stomach throughout the whole night. Boo. Day three: Summit push/Hike down the mountain. We begun our summit push at about 2am to catch the sunrise. I suffered AMS(Acute Mountain Sickness). I am disappointed in myself. fcukyeah 'Aisyah. With deep grief, i did not continue my summit push but when back down instead. Oxygen canopy too limited. I did not eat my breakfast. Could be because of that too. I suffered from short-breath. Saaad right? We receive a sudden news that we are going to hike down without those who went for the summit push at about 10am i think? I find going down the mountain is easier than hiking up. We reached Timpohon gate( where we started the hike ) , about estimated four hours? Nice one kids. Okay there's this embarrassing thing that occurred to me. Ask me personally. Teehee. OMG. Its funny at the same time. We then made our way back to rose cabin and rest for the night. We had informal reflections bout the hike after dinner. Shocking and saddening. Try Sabah tea. Its awesome. Day four: We visited a small village called "Mari-Mari Cultural Village" Its this small rural state village where they are dress very different from us. They are rich in their customs and beliefs. Of course its just a set-up for tourism but i still find it cool. One of them,(not the one i took a picture with), i have a crush on him. Hahaha. Nice one. I would like to recommend all you readers about this small attraction place located in Sabah. Its really awesome to see guys in their least clothing and tall feathers hand-made hats walking around. Its something you wont get to see everyday. (: Shopping time wasn't friendly at all ! Booo! Such a lil time with limited varieties! Tsk! I feel like getting my money back. But i find the stuffs that i bought somewhat worth it. *pats my own shoulder. After shopping time, we headed to Shangri-La Hotel. 3-Stars baby. I regretted not soaking myself in the bath-tub. Boo. Im doing that with Farhana this coming Perak Trip. Kan Na? Anyone care to join us? Night market walk was funny. Haha. I bought myself a Mt.K tee! cute or what. We bought Sabah bracelet. All 12 of us. Including those two teachers. Huakk. Okay we had serious talking reflections about 1015 hrs in the teachers' hotel bedroom. Whatever happened there, stays there. We are one. We are forever one family. (L) We shared one love. (: Slept about 2am? Roomate with Huda Baharuddin! I love her. Forever will eh din? (: Day Five: Had breakfast at the Hotel. Free flow. Pre-order omelette cooking right in-front of our eyes. Cheese omelette is the bom. Melts in your mouth. Waffles with maple syrup never fails me. (: Ba tiao !!!!!!! hahahahaha! funny! Sick people. Mind corrupted. We left for the airport. SIlkAir. We reached S'pore bout 1430. Awesome. I kinda miss Sabah. I want to go there again. This time with proper preparation and with high hopes of reaching the summit. Can? hee. I love the Mt.K trip. Mt.K family-(L) Parents picked me up. Surprisingly Azim was there too. Hahaha. My punching bag! My bro! I had nuggets for lunch. Airplane food was balanced. I could rate it about 4/5. I love Dylan Mah. All the above are just summarized into paragraphs. There's a lot more to everything actually. (: I went to Changi Beach on 28th to celebrate my granny's birthday with was on 30th and there was a Sentosa outing for Mt.K family + Shahir on Saturday. A day out to celebrate Shahir's birthday and for mt.K family. I will elaborate more bout it. Enjoy the pictures. There's a whole lot more on my facebook. Eat well readers, do not skip meals. I love Dylan. <3 Dylan Mah
I have a crush on this one.
